Next time I’ve got big pieces to move in my business, I will call Kym first, without a shadow of a doubt.

I’ll be completely honest. I’d never worked with a business coach before, but my goodness, didn’t I strike gold finding Kym.

We did a few sessions where she went deep into my business and into me as a person: my history, what makes me tick, how I operate and how I think.

It was relatively intense. Kym went really, really deep, and it was nothing but pleasurable.

She was able to extract the essence of who I am and what my purpose is, and she helped me shape a language. She helped me hone what I was selling, how I need to communicate, and, most importantly, who my audience is.

I went into this not really knowing what I needed. I was kind of like, I’m not quite sure what I’m going to get out of this.

Then I got back the presentation Kym put together. Wow. I couldn’t believe it.

It was a complete picture of what my company is and how it communicates, and it really fortified my brand.

She helped me find my language and my rhythm. Now I have a playbook I can go back to time and time and time again.

Whenever I’m communicating with customers, whether I’m marketing, advertising or speaking at corporate events, I’ve got such a clear line of communication. I know exactly who I am, I know exactly what my business is doing, and I know exactly who I’m speaking to.

It’s enabling me to create enormous amounts of content. I’m literally going to be good for the next six months. And it will last me forever, because it’s something I can now confidently adapt and work with.

You can read a gazillion books on marketing and advertising and branding. But to have somebody actually sit one-to-one, go deep on your company and make it so personal and so tailored to you and your expression (which of course is what our business is, an expression of you) is invaluable.

What Kym has done for my company has saved me thousands of pounds.

I feel like what she does is something a whole team could be working on for weeks, but she manages to do it herself. I don’t know how she does it. Chef’s kiss.

And let me speak to Kym herself. What a ball of energy.

She’s such a fantastic, warm, friendly and smart human being to work with. Emotionally intelligent, very sensitive, and strong. She is fierce. The perfect woman to have on your side.

It’s like talking to a friend, but a friend who’s a super expert in getting under the hood, crunching things and being super creative. She makes it really fun. But what she delivers is gold dust, absolute gold dust.

If it wasn’t for her, I wouldn’t feel as confident as I do today, and I wouldn’t have such a clear and precise vision of what I’m doing and who I am. Without that, I don’t know how anyone functions in business.
