COACHKYM.COM // 2026 // Terms of Service.

These are the Terms.

Last updated: 13 October 2026

These terms apply to all services provided by Coach Kym Ltd. By enquiring about, booking or paying for our services, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Coach Kym Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales.

• Company number: 14430587

• Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ

• Email: hey@coachkym.com

• ICO registration: ZC228959

In these terms, "we", "us" and "Coach Kym" mean Coach Kym Ltd. "You" means the person or business buying our services.

2. What we offer

We provide three services. Each is described on our Services page with pricing on our Pricing page.

Coaching. One-to-one sessions delivered online or in person by agreement.

Brand and comms consulting. Advisory work charged by the day or by agreed scope.

Brand and comms strategy build. A fixed scope project delivering a written strategy and supporting materials.

3. How an engagement works

1. You submit an enquiry through our contact form or by email.

2. We confirm fit and send a written proposal setting out scope, deliverables, timeline and price.

3. You accept the proposal in writing (email is fine).

4. We issue an invoice. Work begins once we receive the agreed payment.

5. We deliver the work as described in the proposal.

The proposal and these terms together form the contract. If they conflict, the proposal wins.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are stated in the currency shown on the invoice. We invoice in GBP or USD.

Invoices are due within 7 days of issue unless the proposal says otherwise.

Coaching and strategy build work is paid in advance. Consulting may be invoiced in advance or in agreed stages.

Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, or credit and debit card via a secure payment link. Our payment provider, Stripe, processes card payments. We never see or store your card details.

Late payments may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base

rate under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

We may pause work until overdue invoices are settled.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Our full Refund and Cancellation Policy is published on a separate page and forms part of these terms.

6. Your responsibilities

Provide the information, access and feedback we need, on time, so we can deliver on schedule.

Attend booked sessions or give notice as set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Make sure you have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your business, if applicable.

7. Our responsibilities

Deliver the work described in the proposal with reasonable skill and care.

Tell you promptly if anything affects scope, timing or cost.

Keep your information confidential (see section 9).

8. Intellectual property

Work we create specifically for you under a proposal belongs to you once the invoice is paid in full.

Our frameworks, methods, templates and pre-existing materials remain ours. You receive a licence to use them for the purpose they were delivered for.

Coaching session notes and materials are for your personal use and may not be resold or redistributed.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the engagement, and not to use it for any purpose outside the engagement. This continues after the work ends. It does not apply to information that is already public, or that must be disclosed by law.

10. Coaching: what it is and isn't

Coaching is a professional working relationship focused on your goals. It is not therapy, counselling, medical, legal or financial advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions. If we believe another kind of support would serve you better, we will say so.

11. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for any loss of profit, revenue, business or opportunity, or for any indirect or consequential loss.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

12. Changes and ending the agreement

Scope changes are agreed in writing and may affect price and timeline.

Either party may end an engagement with written notice. Fees for work completed to that date remain payable. Refunds, where applicable, follow the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

We may end an engagement immediately if invoices remain unpaid after reminder, or if the working relationship breaks down.

13. Data protection

We handle personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR.

14. General

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.

These terms may be updated. The version on this page at the time you accept a proposal is the version that applies.
